Gloria is a reverberant, exultant work in three sections, honoring the choral tradition of the Gloria while bringing freshness and richness in its writing.  The ensemble introduces a splendid theme, splits into a rhythmically active, layered middle section, and triumphantly returns to the opening material. Even the lowest spirits will be lifted by the magnificent power of the ensemble on the final sweeping lines of "Amen."
